WE SHIP ALL ITEMS FREE OF CHARGE WITH DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE! We ship out all orders within 7 business days after cleared payment. Items are shipped to the provided address. If you wish your item to be shipped to a different address, please let us know.  NOTE that there might be delays due to custom procedures and holidays. 

LOST PACKAGES

We offer a refund for lost packages or you may pick something else from our shop. There are circumstances we cannot control. However, if there is any problem we will do everything we can to help resolve the situation at your best interest. Please note that you are responsible for all customs and duty fees, if they apply.
